Downloading the ya888 App

The ya888 Android app is available from the Download page. You don't need to register again — just install the app, log in with your existing account and your balance and game access carry over immediately.

Account

Go to the Register page, fill in your full name (exactly as on your CNIC), Pakistani mobile number, email address, a secure password and your date of birth. Tick the confirmation that you are 18+ and agree to the Terms and Conditions, then submit. Your account is created immediately and you can deposit straight away. The whole process takes about three minutes.

No — ya888 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Creating a second account under any circumstances (different email, family member's details, etc.) violates the Terms and Conditions and may result in both accounts being suspended. If you've lost access to your existing account, use the password reset option on the Login page or contact support.

Click the "Forgot password?" link on the Login page. Enter your registered email address or mobile number. A password reset link will be sent to you — follow the instructions to set a new password. The link expires quickly, so use it as soon as it arrives. Once reset, log in with your new credentials and everything in your account stays exactly as it was.

You can register and start playing without uploading documents. Identity verification — typically your CNIC — is only required before a large withdrawal or if the account management team flags a specific check. When verification is needed, you'll be asked to submit a clear copy of your CNIC through your account settings. Processing is usually completed within one to two business days.

Log in and go to Account Settings. From there you can update your contact details. Keep your mobile number and email current — these are used for account verification, withdrawal confirmation and password recovery. If your registered mobile number goes inactive and you lose access to your email at the same time, account recovery becomes significantly more difficult.
Deposits

ya888 supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees — the amount you deposit in PKR is exactly what lands in your account balance.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited within a few minutes. Raast transfers usually process quickly as well. Bank transfers can take longer depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit hasn't appeared after 30 minutes, check your transaction history first, then contact support with the transaction reference number.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are shown in the Deposit section of your account when you're logged in. Mobile wallet options (JazzCash and Easypaisa) generally have lower minimums than bank transfers. All amounts are in PKR.

ya888 does not charge any platform-side deposit fees. Your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges — check with them if you're unsure. The amount ya888 credits to your account is the full deposit amount received from the payment provider.
Withdrawals

Log in to your account and go to the Withdrawal page. Select your preferred withdrawal method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer), enter the amount and confirm. The request is reviewed by the ya888 team before funds are released. Make sure the name on your payment account matches your ya888 registered name exactly.

Processing times depend on the withdrawal method and whether any verification is required. Mobile wallet withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are generally processed faster than bank transfers. If your account verification is already complete, processing is quicker. First-time withdrawals sometimes take slightly longer due to initial checks. If your withdrawal is pending beyond the expected timeframe, contact support with your request reference number.

Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include: the name on your payment account doesn't match your registered ya888 name; your identity verification is incomplete; there are active bonus funds subject to a wagering requirement still outstanding; or the withdrawal amount is below the minimum threshold. Check your account notifications for the specific reason, or contact support directly for clarification.

Generally, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. This policy is in place to protect players from fraud and to comply with standard financial platform practices.

A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) means you need to bet a certain amount before bonus winnings become withdrawable. For example, if you receive a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place bets totalling PKR 20,000 from that bonus before it converts to real withdrawable funds. Not all games contribute equally to wagering — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute less. Yes. If you prefer to play without a bonus (for example, because you want to withdraw freely without meeting a wagering requirement), you can decline a bonus offer before it is applied. Once a bonus has been credited and play has started, it may not be possible to remove it without forfeiting the bonus funds. Check the specific bonus terms or contact support if you're unsure.

Change your password immediately from Account Settings and contact ya888 support. The team can review the login history on your account and take steps to secure it if unauthorised access has occurred. Use a new password that you haven't used on any other platform.
Responsible Gaming

Log in and go to Account Settings, then open the Responsible Gaming section. From there you can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in PKR. Limits take effect immediately after you confirm them. You can reduce a limit at any time instantly — increasing a limit requires a mandatory waiting period before it activates.

Self-exclusion closes your ya888 account for a minimum of six months, or permanently. During the exclusion period you cannot log in, deposit or play, and ya888 will stop sending promotional communications. To activate it, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion.
